  Is there any list of Kippah (or Yarmulke) makers for individual designs? I left my favorite yarmulke in a cab a couple of years ago. I have a photo & would be glad to have a seamstress (or schneider) make it. (By the way: Etymology questions: Is "kippah" cognate with Arabic "koffiya"? Does "yarmulke" come from "yireh melech" -- fear or awe of the King?) Thanks, Arthur W
