We know what's wrong with it, our home warranty company sent someone to check it out, then refused to pay for repair and told us to buy a new refrigerator and they will reimburse us $150....On a side note, other then the bbb, who can I report them to, because that is not acceptable. I don't know why we paid for a home warranty policy to have our things covered then get told that. This has been an ongoing fight for 2 weeks, but our refrigerator needs to be fixed. Thanks!
