  Looking for a local lead- I am looking for a contractor for one, maybe two bathroom remodels. Not major projects, but needed deferred maintenance on my house. Called a few leads, but they did not seem interested... I would think in today's economy, even with a limited budget, they would at least come out for a bid. Since I am not in a hurry, they could fit me in between jobs. For the record, this is my least favorite part of home ownership!

He said everybody even Home Depot who usually does 72 hr turn around is a month out cuz it's so busy right now! He said he'd be very happy to talk to you and see if it could work w both your time lines... Highly recommended!!

  Hi Cindy! We know and love Roger La Brie AND Steve Nance. Our eldest son Max is working with Steve Nance this summer, so if he gets the job, you'll have Max there too!
