  I used this company a few years ago - I live in Brighton and was selling a house in the midlands. It wasn't an issue about the distance. It's worth inquiring as it was very very reasonable ( i think about a quarter of the price ) compared to a quote I got from a Worthing solicitors ! http://www.bartlettslaw.co.uk/
