Bernice is primarily a rental broker, though she also does sales. While she has been in the business a long time, and certainly knows the market, we had multiple experiences with her where we didn't get full information about a property until after she showed it to us, or the story changed. It made searching for a home very difficult, and we ended up wasting quite a bit of time looking at homes and places that were simply not relevant for us. If you do use her, make sure to be explicit in what you're seeking, and don't allow her to take you on wild goose chases without finding out full information first. Good luck.
