  I need a plumber to come an install a pressure reduction valve in my house before the pipes break from too much pressure. Apparently Golden West Water doesn't pay much attention to the amount of pressure it sends out its pipes. Rattling pipes are an indication the pressure is too high.   Frank's Rooter and Pumping Service, INC. OakView CA. 805-646-8818 CA Lic#788758.... He found a gas leak 3 feet under ground and fix it for me for $244.41 dollars.. I thought it wound be twice this amount, very honest man and fast on repairs. Does all kinds of plumbing repairs.. and has a License.

  Just told we need to replace our sewer line from house to the street due to tree roots breaking up the pipe. Estimate of $20,000 which seems really high.
