  We use Central Cooling and Heating out of Woburn. They have a maintenance plan you can sign up for so we get biannual checks on our system (winter for heating, summer for cooling) and it includes most labor and parts when needed. http://www.centralcooling.com/

  We used Bedford Mechanical to service our gas furnace. 781-275-1668. They were able to come the same day. Then when we decided to replace the furnace, we ended up going with Central Cooling and Heating in Woburn. 781-933-8288. They also service furnaces. Holly
