  Jillian it sounds like you are a broker/manager and want something for your agents. Tom Ferry just launched a new program call Breakthrough. It cost $400 per person. If you want to lead your agents have them put some skin in the game and invest in themselves with $400 then lead them through the program. It's a 10 week program. If after that you or your agents decide you want more then you can go for full blown coaching. I'm a coach for Tom and a full time REMAX agent and I can tell you coaching is not for everyone.
