  I am Angela The Candle Lady levels of frustrated with our Verizon internet service. (We don't have FiOS, just the regular "high speed" internet.) We have had dropped/intermittent connections for going on three weeks. The internet goes out for anywhere from three minutes to three hours. Every time I call tech support, they are unable to come up with any solutions as to why it keeps happening. They have sent a new router and supposedly looked into the phone line, but nothing has changed. If you live in D.C., what internet provider would you recommend? (I realize this is like asking which white male Republican you would want making legislation about your body, but work with me here.)
