I have had so many issues with Comcast Internet it's just borderline laughable. The customer service is the biggest joke. I hope you get it sorted out soon. Until then, maybe this will make you grin. ;-)

I'm in 30040 and my service rarely drops. Every now and then speeds might get slow but usually speeds back up in an hour or so. If you have issues with your service contact the tech VP of customer care. I've gotten positive results each time I contact them. Brian Denman ive already contacted them and they was supposed to send a tech out yesterday and then decided too change it too sometime next week, my other problem with comcast is the 300 gb data limit which is also why i was looking for something else, but it doesn't really seem like there is very many options for this area.
