We are looking for a reasonably priced buffet for 150 people, preferably which includes some of the linens, glassware, etc. Bar service not a must but highly appreciated. We aren't super picky on food, but are not looking for red meat or anything very fancy - more focus on flavorful, fresh, PNW food, ethnic flair is great, and the nicer the staff the better!

  Looking for suggestions on affordable catering. The quotes I have been getting are for $14 to $19 per person but after labor, china, etc the total ends up near $6000 - $7000 for 150 people. I know this is standard but we need to get it down some. Any suggestions?
