I currently sub to: Promo Only UK for Audio & Video Mastermix for DJ Beats / DJ Beats Charts Ad-Hoc I Like Music - service for those rare music tracks and top-up's Xtendamix as and when back catalogue stuff pops up or is required DMC for the odd Monsterjam or Mash Up

How does the audio compare to the video on promo only? As in will there not be a duplication of certain tracks - as you'd end up with an audio version and a visor version. Or is it more of a case that many of the remixes out there don't have videos so essentially you got a wider selection of tuneage in the long run?

I asked that same question just last week and followed the advice to Promo Only and BPM Supreme. Been very happy with both so far.
Any advice to move from DJ to VJ? Software? Controller? Screens or projector? Wheres best to get music videos from? Thanks in advance
Glenn N. replied:
As a Video DJ myself, I can highly recommend the following... Videos from: Promo Only UK - www.promoonly.co.uk Xtendamix - www.xtendamix.eu Hardware: Denon MC6000MK2 Playback: A laptop or Macbook with a dedicated graphics card - min 2GB, and an Intel Core i5 / i7 with min 8GB RAM and plenty of storage for your videos - best to have them on Internal HDD rather than external. Software: Atomix Virtual DJ 8 Screens: Minimum 40" LED TVs or if you want a projector/s, then a Ricoh Short Throw Happy to help Glenn

Has anyone used BPM Supreme? Digital DJ Tips done a really good review. Really like the idea of seeing the Top 40 and being able to access 80's to present tracks.
