Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sport: Thomas Victor J MD 4955 Steubenville Pike # 120, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 (412) 787-7582https://g.co/kgs/12LkbT This man did my ex husbands surgery after he broke 3 vertebrae (the center one exploded leaving his entire spinal column exposed). Fred had a complete recovery and continued to lead a very active lifestyle afterwards.
This is not good...I have done nothing but sit since I got home and I am still in serious pain. Pain med is doing nothing. Any suggestions?

Look up tristateortho.com on the internet. They have a team of Dr.s that have fixed players from the Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins. I've been there twice and I am a new man. There are a lot of Dr.'s in Pittsburgh. See a pain specialist. They should be able to take your previous medical history(including x-rays) and try something new.
Does anyone have a referral for a good ortho doctor in pgh or the south hills?

Uh oh, that's not a great post. The best team I know of is Tri-State Ortho in the North Hills. Dr Pagnotto is a good friend of mine and absolutely brilliant! http://www.tristateortho.com/
