About us
At Rudy’s, we use only the freshest and finest quality meats, hand rubbed with our own special blend of spices and seasonings. They are then smoked “low and slow” in our Old Hickory Pit Smokers to bring out all the great flavor and tenderness. We make all our side dishes right here “in our home” to ensure a zesty, fresh accompaniment to your meal. Below are just a few of our specialty menu items:
