FYI: state of California gives a homeowner $2/square foot for turf refund. Look at Santa Margarita Water District website for application. We just lost out on over $7 k because our landscaper/pool contractor didn't know this and I'm new to the area. The trick is to apply and get green light for refund BEFORE you start redoing your yard. Good luck!
