  https://www.camh.ca/ This is Canadian addition and mental health. They provide free counseling to people suffering with addiction and family members of people with addiction. I have used their services as a family member of someone with addiction and it was very helpful. I highly recommend contacting them.

  The doc who prescribes your T can refer you to the Adult GIC. The link to fill out the form for Access CAMH can be found at http://www.camh.ca/.../hospi.../Pages/gid_guide_to_camh.aspx (yup that's me, referenced on that page... cat's out of the bag! lol)
