  I teach vinyasa yoga at מרכז היוגה שמואל הנגיד in the center of town on Thursday mornings, women's acroyoga as well as mixed acroyoga classes in Nachlaot ( Acroyoga with Ayo ), and private lessons. I would be happy to have you as a student, and - though I have yet to be in their classes - I know that Tsipeigh Gottesman and Shalom Isaacson are super quality instructors and human beings.
