Experienced, joyful instructor and invigorating classes!
Chaya Bracha and the teachers at Flow Power Yoga are experienced, committed instructors that provide a great workout that leave you feeling invigorated. Students of all levels feel welcome. The fact that it's connected to a daycare is a nice bonus for mothers. But on the other hand sometimes it makes for a weird yoga atmosphere. Overall it's a very nice space for a good yoga workout and it's a good value if you buy a 10-class pass or a membership.
Can anyone recommend a good English speaking preschool for a two-year old in Jerusalem? Somewhere in the areas of Arnona, Talpiyot, Baka, German colony, etc. Thanks!
Any recs for yoga classes in Jerusalem? I don't speak Hebrew yet, but I don't mind a Hebrew class if the teacher is chill and won't mind my looking around at what everyone else is doing and scrambling to catch up :)
