  there is one based in busan that has a webpage http://kangsantravel.com/ they helped me when i used to live that side of the coutry get flights to japan, jeju and home cant see why they wouldnt be able to help

  there is one in gwangju - blue bear travel i think the name is? i dont have any other details for them though sorry - used to be advertised in the gwangju news though. i can vouch for kangsan travel as well - they were really helpful via email and cheaper than any websites i could find.
