  I am not selling anything FREE - Ocala, Florida I have a question about buying a home. I was just told that my home (with guesthouse) is being sold and I have until May 31st to move out. I just applied for a home loan through Lending Tree. They approved me for the amount that I was comfortable with ($160,000). They connected me with a local real estate agent who was very nice but when he called me, he said that he wasn't real familiar with the section of town that I wanted to live in (NE Ocala) and kept trying to persuade me to look at houses far away from my business. Should I, or can I, find a new realtor? I'm getting nervous because It's the middle of March and I really, really need a home by May. Can anyone give me some advice for a 1st time home buyer? I, also, had no idea that I was going to have to move this year and wasn't financially prepared for home ownership so our down payment is certainly not as large as what we really need so if anyone knows of any realtors that specialize in finding homes/financing with low down payments, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
