I need to get fit/strength back in my body. After being so severely unwell for so long and also having children and concentrating on other things I have only really been walking and swimming occasionally. I love to dance and enjoy yoga but would also be interested in checking out a personal trainer. Although not keen on ever setting foot inside a gym. Any recommendations in exchange for referrals/advertising on my blog? They would need to understand that my body has been through a lot and be able to work their way up slowly with me. As someone who has had the beginnings of chronic fatigue as well as hypermobility and severe pain in my back, arms and hands I really need someone that knows their stuff and isn't gung ho. Recommendations appreciated. I'm Brisbane south side.
