Do any local chiropractors practice Torque Release Technique? I have 5 herniated discs and have excruciating flare ups 2-3x a year. I already see a DO for injections but I need more help to be pain free without prescription meds. Thanks!!!
PS any other suggestions (especially outside of regular Western medicine) welcome.
Anyone here used an acupuncturist? I need recommendations! The two names I have (Takei/Eleczko) are not in my insurance network. It is a covered benefit( yay!), so I would prefer to use my insurance. TIA!

Timeless Acupuncture in Raleigh is wonderful! They have helped me tremendously with my migraines and a friend who is going through chemotherapy has been using them to relieve some of the side effects of the chemo. I was very resistant to acupuncture for a long time because it scared me and I didn't know much about it. Now I'm kicking myself for not going years ago. http://www.timelessacupuncture.com/
Need some recommendations for acupuncture/acupuncturist. Thanks in advance!!

I have never done acupuncture before but someone suggested it for my chronic pain. Any recommendations?
