  The Scimitar played a cool bar last night called 33 Golden St. in New London, CT. I totally recommend it to any of my friends in bands if you're looking for a place to play outside of Massachusetts. I didn't pay for a beer the whole night, the staff and crowd were very friendly and we actually GOT PAID. Decent money, too. Small place, 30 people is a good crowd there. Owner used to live in New Orleans. Good tunes all night, too. Old Metallica, Sabbath, Down, COC. Highly recommended.
