Our policy. We strive to make your dress rental or sale an enjoyable experience. We take pride in our work. Dress sales on in stock items will be posted under the pictures. For a custom order, we will need to price materials before we can give you a price. All prices are subject to change without notice as we see needed. We often run sales and move items to the clearance album to make room for new items, so be sure to take a look every now and then. We both sale and rent items. How much does it cost to rent? Each picture has the rental amount posted. There will be a returnable deposit for each rental to ensure we will get the item back. We will rent or sale all of our in stock attire unless noted otherwise. Items will come to you ready to wear. We will always do our best to send your item with more than enough time to receive before the desired date. If your item is a rush delivery, extra charges may apply. Shipping outside the US: If you'd like your order to be sent to a destination outside of the continental U.S. - please contact us and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that shipping rates will vary depending on the destination and our standard shipping rates will not apply. How do I pay? WE accept Paypal and personal checks. If paying with a check, please make sure you send the check a month early to make sure it does not bounce. As soon as a nonrefundable payment is received, we mark the dress as yours. We do take deposits if you wish to do that, but it is not necessary. We do NOT hold items. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER? No need to clean or iron the dress – we’ll handle the dirty work. Just be sure it is in the mail no later than 3 business days after the event. Late fees: When a dress or accessory is not returned to us on time by a customer, or is lost or stolen, it impacts our ability to deliver on our promises to other customers and it harms our business. insure we will get our item back in a timely manner, we have late fees. All items must be in the mail no later than 3 business days after the event. We understand that it takes some time after it is mailed to reach us, but with a tracking number we will know it is on its way. If you return your rental items late or do not return them at all, a late fee of $5 per day will be charged. Can I alter the dress? We do not allow alterations on rental dresses. However, we do allow you to safety pin the dress if you need to as long as it will not tear the attire. What if the dress arrives damaged? We are very careful in cleaning and repairing dresses between wears, but in the rare event that your dress arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. WE will see what can be done about this and get back to you. Clearance dresses These dresses have either been used, or are being moved to make room for new items because we have too many in a certain size. Information on these items is posted under each picture. The price has dropped on these dresses, and all sales are final on them due to the big sale price. I changed my mind and don’t want the dress If you wish to return the dress, it must be done so in the first week of getting it and we MUST have tracking on it within 3 business days of receiving the dress.
