Looking for reasonably priced Basic First Aid training for myself and my team (only 3) in Gloucestershire???
Jayne B. replied:
I can highly recommend Alex. I've done my first aid training with him (and his team) for about 15 years and wouldn't go to anyone else now. He is based in Worcester where he offers open day courses and in London. He will come to you if you've got a small group (maybe ask neighbouring businesses to join in?), and he also runs courses for very large organisations. He was a paramedic in London for years and makes the training interesting, informative, useful and easy to understand. http://www.holoshealthcare.co.uk/
Can anybody recommend a first aid course that's suitable for therapists, yoga teachers and fitness instructors? Preferably London based? Thanks in advance

Try Holos. Www.holoshealthcare.co.uk. They do courses in central London. They are run by an ex paramedic and are really good. I actually remember some of the stuff they teach you!
A question from our reflexology facebook community.
"can you recommend a good 1st aid course in my area? I live in Medway, Kent?

Have a look at holos http://www.holoshealthcare.co.uk/ I rate them highly. Really personable and knowledgeable. Way more flexible than St. John's though I know they are good too. We had holos round the house for a family training day. Well worth it.
