  Hi, just wanted to ask if anyone has rented a car abroad (either in the States or Canada) where the insurance was covered here in Israel - maybe via credit card or my car insurance company here in Israel? I am travelling to Canada and I will be renting a car. I do not want to pay for insurance via the rental car company..it's just so expensive.   Budget.co.uk gave me the best rates for a Toronto rental, including insurance (which the canadian budget site didn't include). Also try carrent.co.il or europcar

  Budget.co.uk when booked through the GB page gets you massive discount on car rentals compared with local us deals. The price prepaid on the web includes some but not all insurance. Call them to check it out!! & don't allow them to charge your credit card again when you collect the car there...

  Most car rentals do vans I think, Budget.co.uk does, maybe Avis and hertz do too. How long do u need it for and how big?
