  Liz needs our help! "Hi Emily, I was wondering if you or any of your readers have suggestions for gallbladder and liver health. I have symptomatic gallstones and my doctor is pushing for me to have my gallbladder removed. I'm hoping not to go that route if possible, as I don't believe we're given parts that we "really don't need anyway"! But, I'm having a heck of a time finding info that is of any help. Much thanks."
