We'd prefer (but don't require) 2 photographers and this will be for 8 hours minimum. It would be great to have someone who has experience with that venue, but not required. This will be an evening wedding, ceremony outside and reception inside, but we'd like to do bridal party pictures outside before the wedding so those will be in daylight (assuming no rain). However, the venue offers some great spots outdoors for low-light photos later in the evening so we'd like someone who's able to do both well. Extra points for special effects photography (also willing to pay around $1000 extra for this). Lastly, we've gotten a couple quotes for packages that include engagement photos. Break down of what I am looking for: Photographer: - Must be available this spring for engagement photos - Must be available June 16, 2018 (ALL DAY – I would like 10+ hours of coverage – Not sure the average time of coverage (probably 8hours?) but I would like to do first look before the ceremony plus some time of my girls and guys getting ready so extra shooting time would be required to capture the entire day. - Good Options for buying the images in the end – Preferably access to all images - Two photographers for day of the wedding. - It is a large wedding – 200+ guests and 21people in the party so someone with experience of shooting this large of a wedding/bridal party - Someone with experience of shooting a ceremony by the water around 5-6 o’clock (before sunset) and experience shooting the reception in tent lighting Videographer - Must be available June 16, 2018 (All Day Coverage – Would love more than just a typical recording of the ceremony.
