Originally from New Jersey, Lorraine and Elizabeth had been vacationing in Venice since 1990 and later purchased a home on the island in 2004. Elizabeth attended the University of Tampa and upon graduation entered the field of title insurance where her passion for real estate began. Lorraine was the Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate. Lorraine has over 30 years of lending experience and has been investing in Real Estate since 1985.
