Kris Tee, I don't know where you are up north. But we are at 30 degrees here. We were tired of these cold winters. We visited North Port visiting friends who moved down 10+ years ago. We really liked the area. The people who work there were super friendly. This year we decided it would be a great place. So we started looking. Met Jim Downing because he was recommended. He was great. He showed us whatever we wanted to look at. He looked for us when we returned home. I called and he went to look at a house I found. I thought it was a great house. He called and said No! There were things hidden we could not see. He could have very well sold us that house. But he didn't. He said there were better houses for the money that didn't have any problems. He would keep looking. I was getting antsy. But he kept us in check. We waited...he found a nice home. He went and looked at it. Took probably 50 pictures. Sent them to us. We really liked the home. We close on that home the 6 th. People in the neighborhood reached out and were very kind. Inviting us for dinner and to show us around when we move down. I don't think you will be disappointed with North Port.

John Blanco is by far the most patient and understanding Realtor I have ever worked with. I don't have his contact info with me but he is here on FB you can message him. He was amazing and did not rush us just to get the sale. He also will understand you because he moved from up North not long ago.
