Does anyone have suggestions for a good honest professional roofer? I've lived in my house for one year and have a cement tile roof over tar paper. Last December, then again last week, I've noticed a small damp patch where there is a leak in my ceiling. I feel like it is a very small repair but I'm a little nervous about being taken. (my neighbor had a similar small leak, called a roofer, ended up having half her roof torn away, damage done to her other good tiles, spent big $$$ .... and now she has much worse leaks everywhere). I'm looking for someone who can isolate the problem and correct it without much fuss.
