  A week ago I was contacted by Isabel. She needed help rehoming her dog's 9 puppies once they are weaned. The dog herself, still a baby a year old. Her puppies now are almost 2 weeks old. This morning she calls me to tell me that yesterday she took the mom out to potty, her baby was crying so she went inside her mobile home and when she came back out her dog had been hit by a car. She says "she was hit in the head, and she's okay, only thing she can't move her front legs". She lives in a mobile home, on Tara Boulevard, in Jonesboro, Georgia. The only vet that I know that's really affordable is Gordon Animal Hospital, two hours away. That's not an option because she doesn't have a car. If anything happens to the dog she doesn't know how to care for the puppies. Anyone know of an affordable hospital closer to her??   If you can get her to Fayetteville Animal Hospital , they will look at her but you need someone to take the pups, since mom will most likely be put on pain meds and cannot nurse those puppies. I will pay for the xrays. I already talked to Erin at Fayettevill Animal Hospital.
