We don't know what we don't know until Mama dog gets to the vet. Sounds like we may need a new foster as well, given Blanka's medical issues. If you can get her to Fayetteville Animal Hospital, they will look at her but you need someone to take the pups, since mom will most likely be put on pain meds and cannot nurse those puppies. I will pay for the xrays. I already talked to Erin at Fayettevill Animal Hospital.

Prayers answered! Mom and pups will be rescued by FODA (Friends of Dekalb Animals). Thank you all for sharing this post. Truly grateful! Mom will be going to Village Vets in Decatur. Mom will need xrays, tests, and whatever is needed to get her well. If anyone is able to make a donation to help out with medical bill you can go to this link:

Jamie Sprague - I will partner with you to get the Mama vetted. I'm a little confused as to exactly what's needed. To be clear....we need Mama dog to get to the vet ASAP. For that we need a transporter and funding, correct? Two Tailz K9 ResQ w ill fund 50% of the cost of the Mama dog's vet bill. I pray the vet will give a rescue discount. Secondly, do we need to find a new foster? If so, I will post. For now...it sounds like you are working on getting a transporter to get Mama dog to the vet, correct? ( Kara Tsukerman )

Okay guys, I need to get momma to the vet. Before I do I need to see if anyone is able to donate bottles and formula for the nine pups before I separate them mom. Secondly, once I have all that I will need mom and pups picked up from Jonesboro. Mom ne ed to go to vet in Decatur, pups will go to temp foster in Lilburn. If I'm able to get all this I will then need to have $$ donations called in to vet. I will bring mom closer to me to try to check up on her. I'm trying to get all this done while going thru another painful day and on pain meds. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!! My # 770-374-9403. I do prefer messages right now. I'm doing this on my own. No rescue is involved as of now.

Blanka Espinozza, is the assumption that the mama dog cannot return to her pups after seeing the vet? It sounds like her front legs are injured? Or is it assumed to be neurological?
