Ok so I would like to start a chop for my flock ( sun cap conure, turquoise GCC and red lored amazon ) I've never made a chop before but I would like to make a whole bunch and freeze it. That way I can take it out to defrost the night before and give it them in the morning. What do you recommend? What has to be cooked and what can be served raw? I want my birdies to be on a healthy eating schedule. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Please help!
