This Day-of Coordination package is an exclusive offering of La Carta Luna Wedding Planning and Design in coordination with Fallen Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast. It includes pre-planning and coordination services at a special price of $295 when you have booked both your wedding ceremony and reception at Fallen Tree Farm. La Carta Luna will be there for you with two wedding professionals beginning with the rehearsal, for your ceremony and throughout the reception, making sure none of the details of your day are missed. Here are the services that are included with this package:
Pre-planning:
Two face-to-face meetings before the big day to discuss your plans and coordinate with Fallen Tree Farm (the first one is a free consultation to see if you wish to contract our services)
Unlimited email and phone calls for questions
Printed processional and recessional guide to follow for rehearsal
Attendance to and coordination of the rehearsal
Development of a wedding day itinerary and timeline to make sure the day stays on track
Day-of Coordination:
Day of coordination for the ceremony and reception starting 4 hours before the ceremony
Ensuring all important people are where they need to be for photos
Direct the Bridal party for ceremony processional and entrance into reception
Coordinate ceremony and reception vendors - Officiant, florist, caterer, DJ, photographer
Provide a Wedding Day Emergency Kit for small emergencies that may arise!
