ISO Good honest reasonably priced Plumber/HVAC person with knowledge of boiler heat. We are currently experiencing issues with the boiler at our rental property on western edge of Cleveland and I'm looking for someone to come out and take a look as soon as possible.
Looking for recommendations for an experienced and certified HVAC installer. Also any recommendations for Central AC units that are reliable and efficient in this climate....Trane, Carrier, Lennox??? Appreciate any suggestions.

Anyone know of a RELIABLE HVAC company to fix my furnace? I had an estimate done this morning when I realized my heat was out. The guy gave me a written quote and I paid him the $95.00 service call. Since then, the price has gone up 3 times. I know the parts needed. Just need someone to put them in. I need to replace motor and thermostat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
