It's actually for my partner, she's been suffering from mood swings, anxiety and depression for years now but has never been diagnosed. If anyone has ever been living with a person with depression you'd know how hopeless it feels not being able to help your partner. It's having a heavy impact on my mental state as well but of course I have never considered giving up on her. Lately, she's been more receptive to the idea of therapy and even medication, but it's kinda hard to look for a therapist she can really express her thoughts without having to say it in Japanese. She tried doing the online therapy thing with Betterhelp but found it hard not having a face-to-face interaction with therapist. Any help is greatly appreciated!

  Hello. I wonder if anyone would be able to give me some advice about childcare in Nagoya (or knows of anywhere that could)? My family are planning to move to Nagoya in the next few months but havnt decided upon an area yet. We would like to move close to a nursery where my son (who is 1 at the moment) would be able to go. Ideally, I'd like to put him somewhere that offers bilingual English/Japanese staff. Does anyone know of any places like this around Nagoya? Also, about how much does daycare cost in the city? Is there any financial assistance available for people of low incomes? (My wife stays at home at the moment but life is tough on just one wage and she is thinking of returning to work).
