  Hello, all--I'm looking for 2 recommendations: 1) someone to refinish hardwood floors 2) someone who's more than a handyman and less than a general contractor. I am purchasing an older home that will need a number of small repairs as well as a couple of larger projects (e.g., opening up a ceiling currently covered by acoustic tile and help with planning/installing a kitchen that will most likely use salvaged/refinished cabinets that I'll acquire).
