  Hi - looking for recommendations for a local builder to tender for a job in Alweston/Caundle Marsh. We’ve got 2 and just looking for a third. Work involves building a small new porch and then the removal of an internal wall requiring RSJ work and also removal of external wall to put in new sliding doors which again requires RSJ, then internal work including electrics, plastering, decorating and new flooring. Project to be managed by architect - struggling to find builders who have availability reasonably soon. Thanks in advance
