  ISO - someone to paint wood paneling walls and cabinets in a rent house. The living area (that is covered in paneling) is 20X20 and the kitchen is not big, it's galley style. The paneling is not the kind with the lines/seams going down its the real wood kind with molding. The wood will all need to be sanded (liquid sander is fine) and primed before painting it white. The kitchen cabinets do not need to be taken down, the outside is all the needs to be done. Painters will need to be able to submit to a criminal background check. The house is in Conroe and I can meet you there in the afternoon tomorrow (Friday) for you to give a quote. We already received a quote of $2800 and that is way too much. I wouldn't even pay 1/2 that, I can do it myself at that point.
