  **Goldsmiths Students!!!*** Hello, I am moving out of my one bed flat in New Cross, Lewisham Way soon and am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. It is literally opposite Goldsmiths Library so perfect for students. It will go quickly so I wanted to give students the chance to get in there first. It is a cute, 1 bedroom flat with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, living room and kitchen. Perfect for single occupation or couple. I currently pay £750PM, around £65 every 3 months for gas and Electric on meter.
