  Having had a bit of a stressful nightmare with Boilerjuice & Peart in the last couple of weeks, can anyone recommend a heating oil supplier that provides good customer service? I won't go through the whole shambles but, for example, I'd like a supplier who, if they can't deliver an urgent order by the latest date agreed, they would at least contact you and let you know, and be able to provide a accurate estimate of when it will actually be delivered. I.e. I'm just looking for a supplier with basic customer management and problem solving skills.
