We asked them to come out to our house on your street, Steve waited there for an hour, they didn't answer their phone and never rang back to apologise either. We used Mike Hall in the end and he was very good. Will pass you his number if you haven't got someone already x

Tracy Clarkson they came after us having to chase them and then they got the part we need but didn't tell us we've had to ring them,they were suppose to ring up and this is the third time they haven't turned up,we have had to stay in and arrange time around them,to be fair they can stick the part up their backside,no text,no phone call just don't turn up,even our window cleaner couldn't make it today and text us bless him:( when you ring Stuart Christy,it goes straight to KH electrics,so I'm going to see Stuart and tell him,I don't think it's fair because Stuart has got a good reputation and I don't want him being let own by people like that
