There are Super Wal-Mart and Super Target as well as Publix and other stores nearby. As far as meat purchases, you may want to see if wegoshop.com or gardengrocer.com can deliver to you, otherwise expect a 30 minute drive on I-4 to get to a place for meat. You could always pack frozen meat in your luggage and just buy everything else.
