  You go to Morris Animal refuge and purchase the voucher to neuter your pet according to if its a cat or dog and the size. They will give you a voucher showing you paid the fee as well as a list of vets that will accept that voucher as payment in full to neuter your pet. Note: voucher will not include any pain meds or antibiotics to take home. Vets all over the city are listed on there.
