  Mike Gcf Bootcamp Jones does a great Bootcamp most days but on Sunday mornings they are at Upminster park buy the windmill hall 9.30 am I think. No contract just pay as you train £5. All levels beginners to advanced. Check out the website at www.goingcommandofitness.com
