The pavilion is 50’x63’ with eight 12’ poles along each long side. That’s a lot of string lights! Not to mention all the other decorations. I definitely underestimated this part...   If you want a cozy romantic glow get incandescent string lights, NOT LED. Unless you’ve seen them in action, don’t trust that an LED will give you the same kind of light you’re imagining. I have had great success with patio lights - about 2” round incandescent bulbs, and they come in different color strings. I bought my last set at www.lightsforalloccasions.com. Pro tip: you can dim any standard incandescent Christmas lights with a plug in dimmer. Might be useful if your party stays late and you don’t want a ton of light.

The venue has rafters in the ceiling and we are hoping to weave tool and twinkle lights through it. Does anyone know a company who could do this?
