  You cannot be turned away from an ER (at least major hospitals anyways) and they almost always take ALL insurances. I work for UF Health and while they're not always the quickest, they do not turn anyone away. They have a Pediatric ER off of 8 th Street. They are also non profit and offer grants for financial assistance to help cover costs that may be incurred. Please don't let the "insurance issue" stop you from seeking care.   Hello! Thank you for accepting my request. My family and I just moved here from Guam. We are navy. Everyone around here seems super friendly and so willing to help :-) with that being said I do have a question for anyone who is able to answer?! I'm 31 weeks along with my third baby boy and I was hoping to find a center that does water births and accepts tricare. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with any obgyn/midwives that practice in that area. Thank you :-)
