A question for the group: Now that the Mercedes is done, I'm thinking I need to deal with a couple of nagging aches- some Achilles pain and knee issues. They haven't been bad enough to stop me from finishing the marathon, but I don't want to turn them into a bigger issue. There is a half in April that I want to really race hard at, so would like to keep training if possible. I've been thinking about enrolling in a program like Strength Running from Jason Fitzgerald. Focus is on injury prevention. My wife is suggesting I find a good physical therapist. So...anyone you'd recommend? Perhaps someone who really understands running issues? Thanks in advance!
