  I know this group is technically Omaha, but was wondering if I might get some advice even though I am in Lincoln. I am diagnosed LDS. I am having a lot of swelling in my legs, back pain (lower back) and arthritis pain in my hands. I cannot take any NSAIDS at all because they raise my blood pressure too much. I am pretty much restricted to tylenol and pain meds. My doctor doesn't want to prescribe pain meds, but recommends I go to get an injection in my spine for the back pain, and that nothing can be done for the hands. He admits that he knows NOTHING about my illness. Is there a GP or PCP ANYWHERE in this city that understands even a little? I can't keep going on in pain and it is driving me crazy.
